The Next Generation group provides a unique and confidential forum for future business owners and leaders to discuss the challenges that they face... And will face as they aspire to take the reins of the business one day. The sessions are facilitated by Rutgers School of Business-Camden business faculty. Discussion topics are wide ranging and may include, based on the groups interests: leadership styles, communication techniques, business strategy, and relationships.
